Hi, I’m Kelly Hendricks - event planner, detail obsessive, and your right-hand woman for creating unforgettable experiences. With more than a decade of experience, I’ve orchestrated everything from 10-person dinners with layered, personal touches to 1,000+ guest conferences and fundraisers that flow without a hitch.

What sets me apart? White-glove service, start to finish. I handle every detail - every email, timeline, vendor call, and last-minute hiccup - so you don’t have to. Whether you’re building a brand moment or celebrating a personal milestone, I meet you where you are, translate your vision, and bring it to life with polish and heart. You show up. I’ll handle the rest.

And no - I’m not a wedding planner. Thats by design.
